For the majority of its existence, Messy Mindfulness has focused on topics of mental health, specifically in regard to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and eating disorders. However, as I continue to build out this next chapter, I am choosing to focus primarily on individuals’ relationships with food and their body. I have come to realize that if I want to grow my coaching business, as well as this brand as a whole, it is important to invest more time and energy into promoting the services and support offered.
Moving forward, I want my blog posts to reflect a similar message. While there will still be posts around depression, anxiety, and PTSD, as those are still very much my reality, the majority will focus on tips, tricks, and prompts exploring body image, relationship to exercise, food guilt, rest, and more. Most importantly, I just want this to continue to be a safe space for you and your healing, that is free of judgement, timelines, and pressures to be perfect.
I do hope you will continue to join me in this journey but want to say thank you for all the support and kindness you have given thus far. I truly could not have done any of this without you, and there have been so many moments where you have supported me through some of the toughest times. I am very excited about what’s ahead and continuing to create spaces that feel safe and supportive of you!
